Valleygate Surgery Centers was founded in 2016, when partners Dr. Anuj James, Dr. Faith McGibbon, Dr. Grant Wiles, Dr. Michael Knowles, Dr. Terrance Smith, Dr. Mit Patel and Dr. Bradley Ryan established North Carolina's first dental-only ambulatory surgery center.
These state-of-the-art facilities were created for dentists by dentists to provide an optimal environment for dental providers to perform procedures on their own patients in a setting tailored specifically to their needs.
Locations began in Fayetteville, Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina and are now growing into South Carolina, Florida and Pennsylvania.
Our Mission
Valleygate Surgery Centers are licensed and accredited ambulatory surgery centers providing a hospital-like setting for safe, high-quality surgical care. Our mission is to deliver convenient, patient-centered care in a safe and supportive environment, led by board-certified anesthesiologist MDs and supported by certified registered nurse anesthetists and certified anesthesiologist assistants. Accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
